1. Rated Lifting Capacity: The maximum weight a forklift can lift when the center of gravity of the load on the forks is located at the specified load center distance. (Unit: kg)
2. Load Center Distance: The specified distance from the center of gravity of the load to the front end face of the vertical section of the forks.
National Standards: 400mm when Q (representing load capacity) < 1t; 500mm when 1 ≤ Q < 5; 600mm when 5 ≤ Q ≤ 10; 900mm when 12 ≤ Q ≤ 18; 1250mm when 20 ≤ Q ≤ 42.
3. Maximum Lifting Height: The maximum height the forks can lift when the forklift is on a level, solid surface, with the mast placed vertically and carrying the rated lifting capacity. This is the vertical distance from the top surface of the forks to the ground.
4. Free Lifting Height: The maximum height the forks can lift off the ground when the mast height remains constant.
5. Minimum Turning Radius: The instantaneous distance from the outermost edge of the forklift body when the steering wheels are turned to their limit and the forklift is turning at its lowest stable speed.
6. Mast Tilt Angle: The maximum angle at which the mast of an unloaded forklift can tilt forward or backward from its vertical position.
7. Wheelbase: The vertical distance from the center of the front axle to the center of the rear axle.
